Paul Bender - I live in Normal, Illinois and manage McLean County Title and Decatur Title wholly owned subsidiaries of Chicago Title Insurance Company. I am also responsible for Chicago Title Insurance service in Moultrie, Macon, Dewitt, McLean, Kankakee, Iroquois and Livingston Counties. Do not hesitate to drop me a line. Kathy Foley Bolsen - I am in my 29th year of teaching. This is my 24th year at Lovington High School teaching physical education, driver education, and I also sponsor the SADD group and the Pompon squad. Willis and I will be married 31 years this November and have three sons. Daniel L. Reedy-Living and working in northern Illinois with my wife, daughter a sophomore in high school and my son who will be heading to SIU in the fall. Shirlery Sue Idleman Sherbahn - I was there in my 10th grade year. moved to Alaska ,been married for 38 years have 2 kids, bob 35,donna31,2 grandkids, Austin 9,caige 6mths,another one due in dec. we own carlot, bodyshop in rosebueg, oregon. bill idleman in alaska,charles idleman is a pastor in missiouri. (May 2008) David Stroope - Living near Tulsa, skills training coordinator for BP, work in Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kansas...hobbies are fishing and water sports. Enjoying grandbabies.......(Sept 2009) Bill Coslow - Living in Orlando, Fl. Working for Siemens/Westinghouse as a design engineer, same company I have worked for since I graduated from U of I in 1973. Have 3 grown kids and had 2 heart attacks. Having fun fishing, scuba diving, running, etc here in Florida. Plan to retire here. david jones - just being david,trying to visit with classmates&grandkids&keep Patty in line. (Feb 2010) Donny Joe Jones-27 years with the same Oil company. Happily married with three children ages 21, 17 and 16. I am very Active in Civil War Reenacting, it is the greatest hobby there is. We have a beautiful little granddaughter named Abby born last November. Living in Big Springs, TX Lee Martinie- It's wonderful to see how advanced Lovington has become. Sharon Foley Kirkwood - Having raised 3 great children with my husband Steve, I am now back to work as a seamtress making custom costumes. We live in beautiful San Diego. Bob (Brock) Fryman - I am living in SW Missouri had to retire from the police
department last year ('06) due to a knee injury that resulted in my having a
total knee replacement. I retired at the rank of Detective/Sgt. and spent
several years working as an undercover narcotics officer assigned to our
regional drug task force. I have been married for 29 years to Suzy who is from
Illiopolis (rival school) of all places. Have one son (Kevin) who lives next
door to us. I'm enjoying retirement working in my woodshop and working with the
youth in our area as I'm now on the DARE board. Diana Lynn Williamson Irving-Finishing 29years of teaching Married to a Minister 1 daughter in college Willie J. Lane Jr. - Passed from this life at 10:47 p.m. Friday (October 12, 2007) in the Aspen Ridge Care Center Facility, Decatur, with his loving family by his bedside. He was a U. S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal with two Bronze Service Stars, the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medals and the Civil Actions Medal with Oak Leaf. He was a member of the Lovington American Legion Post # 429 and the VFW. Over the years Willie was a contractor with his father and they owned and operated Lane Home Improvement in Lovington. He was also a trucker, was a CB Radio specialist and provided transportation for the Amish. Travis Lawrence-I live in Jonesboro, AR, where I sell real estate. I spent several years in college and professional athletics, including years at the University of Oklahoma and in the Canadian Football League. My wife, Jennifer, and I have been married for just over two years. Barbara Gilmore Ray - Living in Arkansas with my family Janice Baulch - Retired from school teaching and school administration. (Oct 2009) Roy Buxton - Married Iris Hoffman in 1968. Worked as engineer for an electric utility in Indiana for 10 years. Now, I am chief energy engineer for the Illinois Commerce Commission, which regulates utilities. Have two married sons and two grand daughters. (Sept 2007) Carol Kyle Chocklett - Integrative health support via Quantum Biofeedback, Hypnotherapy, Aromatherapy and Nutrition. My husband Gary and I live in Austin Texas and really enjoy our family and friends. (Mar 2010) Mike Daily - 175 Southern Oaks Dr Dallas, GA 30132. Glad to see LHS on the web. Dee Ann and I now live just outside Atlanta, GA. Much warmer than central Illinois but also a lot more rain. Hope to here from anyone back home. John & Kathy (Keele) Gregory - Kathy and I were married in 1966. Shortly after we were married we moved to Lubbock where Kathy went through Nurses training. We moved to Dallas where I went to college. We've lived in Dallas,Kansas City,Midland and are now live in North Richland Hills. My parents still live in Lovington. Brenda Ozier - I married Gary Ozier in 1968. We have 4 wonderful children and 2 grandsons. Tammi(1987), Nikole(1990), Dustin(1994), and Ashley(2000) Sharon (Montgomery) Smart - My husband Gary and I live in Urbana, OH. We have two sons. Kevin a chef in Sedona, AZ and Kenneth, career Navy stationed in Tampa, Fl. No grandchildren. I love to travel and have been all over the U.S., Canadian Maritimes, (favorite one is Newfoundland) and the West Indies. I also enjoy quilting. Would enjoy hearing from former classmates.
Mike Allen and Mary Lou Harold - Mike Allen Class of 65 married to Mary Lou Harold class of 65 Mike spent 13 years coaching in Lovington High School and Artesia High School He helped coach 10 State Championship Teams. He them worked in Well Service Industry for 15 years where he just left Dawson Production Services as Director of Quality and Training. In 1997 He was named Franklin-Covey Facilitator of the year and now works for Franklin Covey presenting 7-habits seminars and principled centered Leadership Seminars. Mary Lou is retired after 26 years as teacher and enjoys working with 5 grand kids. She stays busy still trying to raise Mike as this has been full time job for last 31 years. Lynn Blankenship - I retired from the Air Force in 1992, Then had a Paint Contracting business for 16 Years I fully retired last October 2008. (Aug 2009) Marjorie A. Gillenwater Broutin-I am unit secretary/bookkeeper/treasurer for Lovington Community School District Bud Hubbard - Retired from the US Army, Retired from civil Service, Just plain retired.....(Oct 2010) RICHARD L. BROUTIN - Married Marjorie Gillenwater in 1966. Have 2 grown children (Gene and Margo). Two grandsons who I enjoy very much. Currently work for the Lovington School Dist. Enjoy family and camping. Beverly J Childress - I have been living in the Boston, Ma area for over 30 yrs now, Have two kids and 6 grands. Do a lot of hand crafts. Very involved in the American Legion and American Legion Auxiliary. (May 2010) Marilyn Cochran - I attended school with the class of 1964. I am retired and spend as much time as possible with my family and grandchildren. My home is in Sonoma Ca. (July 2009) Nancy Lewis Hankins -

Joyce Lee Atteberry - living the good life in Daytona Beach Richard Grant - Married in 1970 and we have one daughter. Worked for three or four companies but spent 34 years with Xerox. Have stayed in the area. Lived in Champaign-Urbana a few years, Tuscola for about 15 years and in the country near Monticello since 1989. Retired in 2005. (Sept 2011) Dalby Gene Griffis-I am married, have seven children, and 17 grand children,I'm retired,part of the time. Tom Switzer-Currently living in Leavenworth, KS. Recently retired from UMB Financial Corp in Kansas City after 32 years. Started a financial services consulting company which has kept me busy for the past few months. Married since 1969; we have 2 children, a son and daughter. Margaret McCarty - Retired. (Dec 09) Hubert and Kay McCoy-We're retired. Hubert has a 1937 De Soto for his hobby. Mary Kristina Islakar --Wagahoft-Married Bill in 1995, between the two of us we have 8 grandchildren. 1961 Sara Burcham Gale- I'm teaching jr. high students at Lovington Grade School. Tom and I are still together after 35 years. I would love to hear from anyone who was in high school when I was and I'll give you and up-date on your hometown of Lovington. LeRoy Fair-I married Alma Beachy in 1965. We have two children, they are both LHS graduates, Rodney (1986) and Michelle (1988). We live in Lovington. I work for MasterBrand Schrock Cabinet Company in Arthur and Alma works for Moultrie Independent Telephone Company here in Lovington. Regina (Fleischauer) King - Living in Texas. Married with five children, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Enjoying retirement. Larry Lowe - I retired to Florida this year (04) from my job as the controller of Lockheed Martin Overseas Corp. Still married to Connie (Henneberry) class of '60. We have two sons, Scott who lives in MD. and Ryan who is in FL. Gary McCoy-Retired and living in Florida, where I golf with John Reedy and Larry Lowe nearly every week. Karen (Taylor) and I are still happy together, have a son Brett and a daughter Dawn, both of whom live in West Palm Beach FL. Robert E. Smith, Jr. - Physician. Gary Stovall-I RETIRED EARLY FROM GTE & OPENED A BARBER SHOP IN LOVINGTON. I AM STILL MARRIED TO DIANE GARMON & WE ENJOY OUR TWO KIDS & OUR THREE GRAND- DAUGHTERS. Cutting hair and coon hunting, in that order Rena Johnson Franklin-Married to Ivan Franklin (see class of 1958). I have worked at Moultrie Independent Telephone Co. in Lovinton since 1974. I enjoy being with our kids and grandkids. Kaye Webb Ladd - Real Estate Broker and National Trainer Ken Lowder - I have lived in Iowa City, IA since 1968. Both my wife, Mary, and I are audiologists and I have a private practice here. I have one son, Jarryd, who has recently married and lives in New York City. I'd love to hear from old LHS friends. Rebecca Stephens-I have lived in Brazil for the past 30 years visiting the States occasionally. My husband and I have a hotel in an area that is a National Park -- lovely area. I have 2 daughters: one presently living in Sao Paulo and the other studying for her master's degree at the Univ. of South Carolina. Would like to say hello to all my old friends. address:Av.
